REGISTER OF INTERESTS
In order to comply with The Ethical Standards in Public Life etc (Scotland) Act 2000 (Register of Interests) Regulations 2003, the Secretariat to the Committee of Inquiry obtained from each member of the Committee a declaration of any personal or business interests which might conflict with their responsibilities as board members - for example, any direct or pecuniary interests Committee members might have which members of the public might reasonably think could influence Committee members' judgement.
